Subscription, Pre-Order & Try Before You Buy Policy

Effective Date: 1st January 2026

At THERMAZA®, we may offer certain products as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy options. This policy explains how these purchase types work and how you can manage or cancel them.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

Billing & Renewal

  • Your payment method will be stored securely
  • You will be charged automatically for each billing cycle
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled

Managing or Cancelling

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time
  • Access your subscription via the link in your order confirmation email

⚠️ Changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

2. Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase products that are:

  • Currently out of stock, or
  • Not yet released

Payment Terms

  • We may charge:
    • No payment
    • A partial deposit, or
    • Full payment at checkout
  • Your payment method may be stored and charged when the item becomes available

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled
  • Once fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled

However, you may still request a return or refund in accordance with our
Return & Refund Policy.

3. Try Before You Buy

For eligible products, we may offer a try before you buy option.

How It Works

  • Your payment method is authorised (not charged) at checkout
  • You will receive the item and have a specified trial period

After the Trial

  • If you keep the item, you will be charged in full
  • If you return the item within the trial period, you will not be charged

Important Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Failure to return within the trial period will result in automatic full charge

4. General Conditions

  • All subscriptions, pre-orders, and trial purchases are subject to the
    Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
  • This policy operates alongside our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw these purchase options at any time
