At THERMAZA®, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, reliably, and at competitive rates across Australia.
1. Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 AUD
- Orders below $99 are charged a flat rate of $8.99 AUD
Express Shipping
- Express shipping is available from $14.99 AUD
- Final cost is calculated based on parcel weight and size at checkout
2. Order Processing
To ensure every order is prepared with care:
- Orders are processed within 1 business day before dispatch
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped
By placing an order, you agree to provide Authority to Leave (ATL) at the delivery address unless otherwise specified.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates below include dispatch time.
Standard Shipping
- VIC & NSW: 2–5 business days
- ACT, SA, TAS & QLD (metro): 3–7 business days
- WA, NT & most regional areas: 4–10 business days
Express Shipping
- VIC & NSW: 2–3 business days
- ACT, SA, TAS & QLD (metro): 2–4 business days
- WA, NT & most regional areas: 3–5 business days

4. Delivery Notes
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. sales events, holidays)
- Once dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party carriers
