very good product that does everything I was expecting. its very quick and prints perfectly. Only issue is that sometimes when I start it up it spits out a blank sticker which is wasted. Cant find an option that stops this from happening

The printer is of excellent quality, however, the software program doesn't work well and only half the features are accessible. It will not change the font, nor print pictures, I am yet to try and print an address label (reason why I bought the printer in the first place), so will find out soon. the software is also in Chinese with no English version available.
